Mortgage Advisor - Nottingham
Basic Salary: £28,000 to £32,000
On Target Earnings: £45,000 to £60,000
Are you an experienced Mortgage Advisor looking to join a reputable and forward-thinking estate agency? Our client, a leading independent estate agent, is seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Mortgage Advisor to join their in-branch team, providing mortgage advice to clients across the 4 branch network.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert mortgage advice to clients, tailored to their individual needs and financial circumstances.
Conduct thorough fact-finds and affordability assessments in line with FCA regulations.
Offer a full range of mortgage products from a panel of lenders, as well as protection and insurance options.
Work closely with the sales team to deal with incoming leads and ensure a seamless customer journey from property search through to mortgage completion.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of mortgage products, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
Ensure all client files are maintained to compliance standards.
Build strong relationships with clients, keeping them informed and supported throughout the process.
The Ideal Candidate:
CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified with experience as a Mortgage Advisor.
Proven track record in a mortgage sales role, ideally within an estate agency or broker environment.
Strong understanding of the mortgage market and regulatory environment.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Self-motivated and target-driven with a proactive approach to generating business.
Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage a busy pipeline.
A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle is preferred.
