Property Investment Consultant – Manchester

Basic Salary: £25,000

On Target Earnings: £90k++

Our Manchester-based client is seeking a highly ambitious, proactive, and experienced sales professional to join their team.

The Ideal Candidate:

Proven sales track record, ideally in investment sales
Experience liaising with decision-makers in B2B or high-value sales
Excellent listening, questioning, and conversational skills
Confident, upbeat personality with a genuine passion for sales
Strong knowledge of property investment financials (yields, interest rates, ROI)
Skilled in sales negotiation, both face-to-face and over the phone
Professional presentation skills, both personal and written (grammar and spelling)
Proficiency with CRM systems and email
Able to multi-task and adapt in a dynamic market
Strong memory for statistical information, with the ability to quickly familiarise with new properties
