Lettings Administrator - Bristol

The Package

Basic salary of £27,000 - £30,000

Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm

Full time, permanent

The Role

The Lettings Administrator plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the lettings department. This position involves providing administrative support to the team, handling enquiries, and ensuring all documentation is managed effectively and in compliance with legal requirements.

The ideal candidate will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently. This is an excellent opportunity to advance within the property industry as part of a supportive and professional team.

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the lettings team.
• Handle enquiries from prospective tenants and arrange property viewings.
• Prepare and manage documentation for new lettings, renewals, and terminations, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
• Maintain accurate records and update the lettings database regularly.
• Assist in preparing and distributing tenancy agreements and related documents.
• Ensure all lettings activities comply with relevant legislation and industry standards.
• Liaise with landlords and tenants, providing excellent customer service and addressing any queries.
• Assist with rental payments, deposits, and invoicing.

The Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within the property or lettings industry.
• Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.
• Knowledge of the Nottingham rental market is an advantage.
• A proactive and problem-solving mindset.
