Salary: Competitive with commission package (OTE £33,500)

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Valuer/Sales Negotiator to join our client busy Bournville office. The ideal candidate should have an outgoing personality, be highly committed, and demonstrate a strong work ethic. Key Responsibilities:
• Generate property viewings and carry out valuations.
• List properties on the market and manage sales processes.
• Liaise with clients and prospective buyers in a professional and respectful manner.
• Follow up on viewings and generate leads to help the office achieve its targets.
• Manage own diary efficiently and work with self-motivation and strong organizational skills.
Requirements & Skills:
• Minimum 1 year's experience valuing
• Strong IT skills, proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Confident telephone manner with excellent communication skills.
• Team player with a proactive and positive attitude.
• Full UK driving licence required.
