Wealth Administrator
Location: London
Salary: £32,000 – £42,000 per annum
We are recruiting on behalf of a client seeking an experienced Wealth Administrator to support advisers and the wider investment team within a leading company in the financial services sector. Due to continued growth, they are expanding their London-based operations and are looking for a highly organised individual with strong administrative experience!
What you’ll be doing:
- Processing new business and servicing existing client accounts
- Preparing valuations, reports, and investment documentation
- Supporting client onboarding processes, including KYC and AML checks
- Maintaining accurate client records across internal systems
- Liaising with providers, advisers and internal departments
- Managing client queries and ensuring excellent service delivery
To succeed in the role you’ll be or have:
- Previous financial services administrative experience
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
