My journey into construction started at the age of 16 when I completed my Level 1 and Level 2 Diplomas before becoming a plasterer. Safe to say, after a few long days on-site, I quickly realised my body wasn’t exactly built for the hard labour (turns out, I’m much better with a phone than a trowel).
