Property Territory Manager (Area Host)
Patch: Blackpool to Bradford
Salary: £30,000 – £32,000 + EV car + bonus + benefits
Contract: Full-time, Permanent, Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm

The Role
As an Area Host, you will act as the face of the business across your designated region, managing the full resident journey from initial viewing through to move-out.
This is a field-based role combining elements of lettings, property management, and customer service, ideal for someone who enjoys autonomy, variety, and being out on-site.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a high-quality customer experience across the full resident journey, from viewings through to move-out
- Conduct property viewings, move-ins, move-outs, and mid-term inspections
- Monitor property condition, report issues, and ensure maintenance works are completed to standard
- Manage inventories, compliance checks (including Right to Rent), and system updates
- Act as the on-the-ground representative, liaising with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders
- Support health & safety standards across developments
About You
- Previous experience within residential lettings, property management, or inspections
- Passion for delivering a high standard of customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised with the ability to manage your own schedule
- Comfortable working independently in a field-based role
- Calm under pressure with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
