Assistant Manager
 
Location: Oswestry, Shropshire
Salary: £30,000 – £32,000 + performance related bonuses

A leading independent estate agency is looking to welcome a highly motivated and experienced property professional into their Oswestry branch.
 
This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Senior Negotiator or Assistant Manager to play a key role in driving branch performance, supporting the team, and contributing to continued growth and profitability.
 
The Role
 
Key responsibilities will include:

• Helping to keep the branch running smoothly day to day
• Providing a high level of service and building strong relationships with clients
• Managing stock levels and ensuring properties are presented to a great standard
• Working with the team to hit sales targets and drive performance
• Keeping up to date with local market activity and pricing
• Supporting the Branch Manager and feeding back on branch progress
• Carrying out viewings and negotiating offers between buyers and sellers
• Qualifying buyers and completing due diligence before sales progression
• Keeping vendors and purchasers updated throughout the transaction
• Referring opportunities to the in-house Financial Services team
• Ensuring all processes remain compliant with AML and industry regulations
• Saturday working is 9am – 1pm (one in three)

The Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience within residential estate agency
• Strong business acumen and commercial awareness to work within a fast paced and target driven environment
• Highly organised with excellent administration skills
• Confident communicator with a customer-first approach
• Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
