Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and commercially astute Senior Sales Consultant to join a premium property business based in the highly desirable Primrose Hill market. The successful candidate will play a key role in growing the office’s portfolio, with a particular focus on bringing in and managing prime stock valued at £2m+. This is a high-impact position offering exceptional earning potential, including commission of up to 50% of the fee.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively source and secure high-value property instructions (£2m+)
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and landlords
• Conduct market appraisals and provide expert pricing strategies
• Manage the full sales process from instruction through to completion
• Deliver a premium, consultative service tailored to high-net-worth clients
• Negotiate offers and navigate complex transactions with confidence
• Work closely with internal teams to maximise exposure and deal flow
• Represent the brand professionally within the local market

Requirements

• Proven track record in residential property sales, ideally within a prime or super-prime market
• Demonstrable success in winning and selling high-value instructions
• Strong network and ability to generate new business
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Professional, polished, and client-focused approach
• Ability to manage complex deals and multiple stakeholders
• Highly self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
