Basic Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 + commission
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am – 5.30pm, working 1 in 3 Saturdays

Our client, a leading real estate and property management is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lettings Manager to lead their dynamic and successful lettings team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company that has a fast-growing portfolio and a strong reputation in the market.
The Lettings Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of lettings, including valuations, new business generation, renewals, handling landlord/tenant matters, coordinating with other estate agents, managing a team and ensuring tenant satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and mentor the lettings team, ensuring high performance and continuous development.
- Oversee the management of the property portfolio, ensuring properties are well-maintained and fully let.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants, providing exceptional customer service.
- Monitor and analyse local rental market trends to inform business strategies and advise clients.
- Ensure all properties comply with relevant legislation and health and safety regulations.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on lettings performance to senior management.
- Address and resolve any issues or disputes that arise within the lettings process.
- Identify opportunities for business growth and work towards achieving lettings targets and key performance indicators.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Experience in handling Landlord/Tenant Matters and knowledge of new regulations coming to play
- Knowledge of Estate Agents and Property Management processes
- Strong Customer Service and Lettings skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage a team
- A strong knowledge with local rental regulations and laws
- Previous experience in a similar role is a must
- Data-driven, organised, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- ARLA or equivalent qualification preferred
