Job Title: Mortgage Adviser / Mortgage & Protection Adviser
Location: Kent
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 base salary

The role focuses on providing tailored mortgage and protection advice to clients while ensuring a high standard of service throughout the customer journey.
 
What you’ll be doing:

• Provide professional mortgage and protection advice tailored to clients’ individual financial circumstances
• Assess client needs and recommend suitable mortgage and insurance solutions
• Manage client relationships from initial consultation through to completion
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth and efficient application process
• Stay up to date with mortgage products, market trends, and regulatory changes

To succeed in the role you’ll be or have:

• CeMAP (or equivalent) qualification
• 1-2 years’ experience in mortgage advice
• Strong understanding of mortgage products and protection solutions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• A proactive and client-focused approach
