The Role We are seeking an experienced and motivated Property Manager (AST) to join a dynamic and expanding team. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring both landlords and tenants receive a first-class service.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of residential AST properties
• Act as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants
• Handle maintenance issues, coordinating with contractors and ensuring timely resolutions
• Conduct property inspections and ensure compliance with legislation
• Manage tenancy renewals, check-ins, and check-outs
• Liaise with landlords regarding property performance and recommendations
• Ensure all records and documentation are kept up to date
• Deliver a high level of customer service at all times

About You We are looking for someone who is:

• Experienced in property management (essential)
• Energetic, friendly, and highly motivated

• Confident managing a busy and varied workload
• A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills

Location Requirement: Must live within a 1-hour commute of Farringdon
