Job Title: Property Manager
Location: Finchley, London
Salary: £30,000 – £32,000 basic (OTE approx. £35,000 with commission)

About the Role
As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring both landlords and tenants receive an exceptional level of service. You will be the key point of contact for day-to-day property matters, coordinating maintenance, handling enquiries, and ensuring compliance is met at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a portfolio of properties with efficiency and professionalism
• Acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants
• Coordinating maintenance and repairs with contractors
• Handling tenancy renewals, check-ins, and check-outs
• Ensuring properties comply with all relevant regulations
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
• Delivering excellent customer service at all times

About You
We are looking for a motivated and confident individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience in Property Management
• A friendly, energetic, and positive attitude
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Confidence communicating over the phone and in person
• A proactive and problem-solving mindset
• A full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle
• The ability to commute within one hour of Finchley
