Sales Valuer

Location: Oswestry, Shropshire
Basic Salary: Circa £25,000
OTE: Up to £35,000 (with strong future earning potential)

The Role

As a Sales Valuer, you will play a key role in generating new instructions and supporting vendors through the sales journey. Responsibilities include:

• Carrying out accurate residential property valuations
• Advising clients on pricing, marketing strategy, and local market conditions
• Winning new business and building strong relationships in the community
• Supporting negotiations to secure the best outcomes for buyers and sellers
• Contributing to office targets and ongoing growth

Basic salary will be structured around performance, with strong earning potential based on instructions won and properties sold.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in property valuations and residential sales
• Confident communicator with strong client-facing skills
• Target-driven, professional, and commercially aware
• Organised, proactive, and ambitious
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
