Location: Nantwich, Cheshire
Basic Salary: £25K (Negotiable)
OTE: £30 – 35K+
A highly successful and award-winning independent estate agency is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Negotiator to join their thriving Nantwich branch.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the strongest-performing teams in the region, known for their high-quality property presentation, excellent local reputation, and consistently delivering results for buyers and vendors.
The Role
You will play a key part in managing properties from launch through to sale, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for all clients.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing property launches, enquiries, and viewings
- Negotiating offers, qualifying buyers, and progressing sales
- Providing regular vendor feedback and pricing guidance where needed
- Keeping all parties informed throughout the transaction
- Using CRM systems to generate new opportunities and valuations
- Maximising referrals to lettings, legal, and financial services
- Supporting the team in achieving branch targets and delivering excellent service
Valuation opportunities may be available for experienced candidates.
