Job Title: Sales Negotiator
Location: Cheshunt (Office-Based)
Salary: ~£25,000 + Commission (OTE ~£50,000)

We are currently recruiting for an experienced and driven Sales Negotiator to join a highly respected and market-leading estate agency in the Cheshunt area. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a well-established business with a strong local reputation and excellent earning potential.

About the Role
As a Sales Negotiator, you will play a key role in driving property sales, managing client relationships, and delivering exceptional service throughout the sales process. You will be confident working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to build rapport quickly and close deals effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Register and qualify applicants
• Arrange and conduct property viewings
• Negotiate offers between buyers and vendors
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and applicants
• Generate new business opportunities
• Deliver a high level of customer service at all times
• Work towards and exceed sales targets

About You (Ideal Candidate)

• Energetic, friendly, and highly motivated
• Confident communicator with strong phone skills
• Organised and able to manage a busy workload
• Proven track record within Estate Agency (essential)
• A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
• Able to commute within 1 hour of Cheshunt
• Results-driven with a passion for property and sales
