As a Self-Employed Estate Agent, you will:

• Generate and win new valuation opportunities through networking and proactive prospecting
• Manage the full sales journey from instruction through to completion
• Deliver expert advice on pricing, marketing, and local market conditions
• Provide a truly exceptional service to high-value vendors and buyers
• Market properties using industry-leading tools, digital campaigns, and social media
• Build a strong personal presence and long-term client relationships in your patch
• Stay informed on market trends within the luxury and country house sector
