Job Title: Senior Lettings Negotiator

Salary: ~£25,000 basic | OTE £60,000+ (uncapped, performance-based)

About the Role
We are working with a dynamic, highly respected and fast-growing independent estate agency based in Fulham, seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Lettings Negotiator to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual looking to progress their career within a high-performing and supportive environment.
As a Senior Lettings Negotiator, you will play a key role in driving the lettings business forward, working closely with landlords and tenants to deliver exceptional service while achieving strong results.

Key Responsibilities

• Register and qualify applicants, matching them to suitable properties
• Conduct property viewings and negotiate offers
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Generate new business opportunities and secure instructions
• Work towards and exceed personal and team targets
• Assist with listing and marketing properties (experience in listing is highly desirable)
• Provide outstanding customer service throughout the lettings process

About You

• Energetic, enthusiastic, and highly motivated with a strong work ethic
• Friendly and confident communicator, both face-to-face and over the phone
• Proven experience in lettings (senior negotiator level or strong negotiator ready to step up)
• Experience listing properties is highly desirable
• Full UK driving licence is essential
• Must live within a 1-hour commute of Fulham, London
• Results-driven with a passion for property and sales
• Team player with a proactive and positive attitude
