Basic Salary: £27,000 – £30,000
OTE: £35,000 – £45,000

We’re working with a leading local estate agency who are looking to hire a confident and motivated Sales Valuer to join their successful team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, winning instructions, and providing expert advice in the residential market.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Conduct accurate and professional property valuations for sale
• Advise vendors on pricing, marketing strategy, and local market conditions
• Stay up to date with trends and activity across the Builth Wells market
• Prepare and present valuation reports in a clear, confident manner
• Build strong client relationships through exceptional service
• Identify new business opportunities and support office targets
• Assist with negotiations to achieve the best outcome for clients

The Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience in residential valuations and listing properties
• Strong local knowledge and commercial awareness
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Organised, professional, and target-driven
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
