Senior Sales Negotiator
 
Location: Knutsford, Cheshire
Salary: Basic £25-35K | OTE £35-45K per annum
Type: Full-time including some Saturdays (based on a rota)
 
The Opportunity
 
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Senior Sales Negotiator to join a hugely successful and high-performing estate agency based in Cheshire. The successful candidate will need to proactive, and have a strong work ethic to succeed in this fast-paced environment.
The branch is one of the busiest estate agency offices in Cheshire, and constantly deliver exceptional results across a wide range of residential town and country properties throughout Cheshire and South Manchester.
 
The Role
 
Working within an experienced and driven sales team, you will play a key role in facilitating property sales while delivering outstanding customer service throughout the client journey.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Engage with buyers to understand requirements and provide tailored property advice
• Conduct property viewings and confidently present features and benefits
• Negotiate offers between buyers and vendors to secure successful outcomes
• Manage and update property listings and maintain accurate records
• Liaise with colleagues, clients, solicitors, and external agencies to ensure smooth transactions
• Support property marketing across digital and traditional channels
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients
• Contribute to achieving individual and team sales targets

About You

• Proven experience as a Sales Negotiator within estate agency is required (minimum 1 year)
• Good knowledge of the South Manchester / North Cheshire property market
• Must live within a 30-minute commute of Knutsford
• A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is required
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple appointments and priorities
• Target-driven, proactive, and customer-focused
