My client is looking to bring on, coach and develop a full-time, self-employed Mortgage & Protection Advisor, to become part of their growing brand. 

With offices based in Purley, London, the role is ideally hybrid so the right person can benefit from the support and training on offer; although remote can be considered, if not local.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Advising clients on mortgage products, financial planning, and insurance options suited to their needs
• Assisting clients through every step of the mortgage process, conduct market research, and liaise with lenders to find the best solutions
• Managing client relationships, ensuring regulatory compliance at all times

What You’ll Need to be Successful:

• CeMAP qualification is essential for this role
• Comprehensive knowledge of Mortgages and experience in working with a variety of lenders
• Proven ability to build strong client relationships, excellent communication skills, and a results-driven mindset
• Strong expertise in Mortgage Marketing, with a focus on developing and implementing effective strategies
• Proficient in Finance and Financial Planning to assess client needs and customize recommendations
• Experience with UK financial regulations and prior work within the mortgage or financial advisory industry is advantageous
