Negotiator (Estate Agency)
 
Location: Llandrindod
Salary: £24-30K (depending on experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday: 9am – 5:30pm (Every other Saturday: 9am – 1pm)

I’m working with a long-established, family-run estate agency who are looking to add a Negotiator to a brand new branch in Llandrindod.

The Role:

You’ll be a key part of the Llandrindod office, assisting clients throughout their property journey from viewings to completion. It’s a varied, hands-on position where no two days are the same.

What You’ll Do:

• Conducting viewings for both sales and lettings
• Negotiating offers and assisting with sales progression
• Preparing property marketing materials and listings
• Managing office administration, appointments, and client communication
• Building relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants
• Carrying out inspections, inventories, and checkouts
• Providing an excellent standard of client care at all times

Who We’re Looking For:

• Friendly, approachable, and confident when dealing with people
• Passionate about property and keen to learn
• Highly organised with great attention to detail
• Experienced in sales or customer service (estate agency experience is a bonus)
• IT literate with strong written and verbal communication skills
• A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
• A holder of a full UK driving licence (preferred)
