Agricultural Engineer – Workshop Based
Location: Sandbach (On-site)
Pay: £20 per hour
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:30pm
Type: Full-time, Permanent
Our client is a well-established, family-run agricultural machinery business based in Cheshire. We are looking to recruit a service-focused Agricultural Engineer to join our workshop team.
This is a stable, workshop-based role with no regular field call-outs, ideal for an engineer who enjoys servicing, maintenance and mechanical problem-solving.
The Role

• Servicing and maintaining agricultural machinery
• Mechanical repairs and fault finding
• Preparation and setup of machinery
• Workshop-based engineering support

About You

• Have a recognised engineering qualification or strong hands-on experience
• Backgrounds welcomed from:
• Agricultural engineering
• Construction / plant machinery
• HGV or commercial vehicles
• Automotive mechanics
• Practical, reliable, and service-oriented
• Keen to learn new machinery and brands

Training & Development

• Full training provided on:
• Agricultural machinery brands
• Manufacturer systems and processes
