Sales Negotiator
Location: Nantwich, Cheshire
Salary: £28K (negotiable) + commission
My client is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Negotiator to join a hugely successful estate agency operating across Crewe and Nantwich.
The Role
You will play a key role in delivering exceptional results for vendors and buyers, managing properties from launch through to sale and ensuring a first-class customer experience throughout.
Key responsibilities include:
- Presenting and launching properties for sale and managing buyer enquiries
- Booking and conducting high-quality viewings
- Soliciting, promoting and negotiating offers, including checking chains and proof of funds
- Managing a portfolio of properties and providing regular, constructive vendor feedback
- Advising on price adjustments or concessions where appropriate to support a successful sale
- Keeping all parties fully informed throughout the transaction, delivering timely and accurate updates
- Using the CRM system and applicant database to generate additional valuation opportunities
- Maximising opportunities for introductions to lettings, legal and financial services
- Supporting colleagues to achieve key branch and company objectives
- Act as a professional ambassador, delivering high service levels and generating positive reviews
- Some valuation opportunities may be available on a limited basis for suitably qualified candidates
