What You’ll Be Doing:

• Speak with clients to understand their commercial finance needs and provide tailored mortgage solutions
• Source and negotiate competitive deals from a wide range of UK lenders
• Manage applications from initial enquiry through to completion, ensuring compliance throughout

What You’ll Need to be Successful:

• CeMAP or equivalent mortgage knowledge preferred, though not essential for experienced commercial brokers
• Comprehensive knowledge of Mortgages and experience in working with a variety of lenders
• Proven ability to build strong external relationships, excellent communication skills, and a results-driven mindset
• Proficient in Finance and Financial Planning to assess client needs and customize recommendations
• Experience in commercial mortgage brokering within UK financial regulations, although we would consider experience with secured, regulated loans for the right person
