Salary: £27,500 Basic Salary + Discretionary Annual Bonus
 
About the Company
 
My client are a local leader in the property market across Shropshire and the surrounding counties, with their services ranging from residential and commercial sales and lettings, to auction and surveying.
 
Due to continued growth within the business, we are looking to appoint a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Progressor to join their sales team based in Shrewsbury.
 
The Role
 
As a Sales Progressor, you will play a vital role in managing the sales journey from offer agreed through to completion. You will act as the central point of contact for all parties involved, ensuring transactions progress smoothly, efficiently, and to the highest professional standards.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Manage the progression of residential property sales through to successful completion
• Liaise regularly with buyers, sellers, solicitors, mortgage brokers, surveyors, and internal colleagues
• Proactively identify and resolve issues or delays within the sales process
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on the company CRM system
• Ensure all transactions comply with relevant legislation and industry standards
• Deliver excellent customer service and build strong, long-term client relationships
• Provide clear updates and manage expectations throughout the sales process

About You

• Previous experience within an estate agency, sales progression, or conveyancing role
• Strong understanding of the residential property sales process and relevant legislation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously and prioritise workload effectively
• Confident working independently as well as part of a team
• Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
• A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
