Sales Manager/Property Valuer
Location: Manchester

Basic Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 + commission  

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am–6:00pm, plus 1 in 3 Saturdays (10am–4pm) with a day off in lieu.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generating new sales business in the South Manchester area.
• Conducting market appraisals and valuations.
• Advising vendors pricing and marketing strategies.
• Leading and motivating a young, enthusiastic sales team.
• Overseeing the sales process from start to finish alongside our sales team.
• Promoting the company’s full range of services.
• Managing relationships with care and commercial insight.

  The Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience in a sales management or valuer role within the residential property industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a client-focused approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of the local residential property market is an advantage.
• A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
