Sales Progression Trainer

Location: Manchester
Basic Salary:  £30,000 + monthly commission and bonus structure OTE £45k
Hours: Monday to Friday – 9am – 5.30pm

Our client, a leading property company who offers a range of services to UK residential property homeowners who are looking to sell. This company has a clear vision to be the UK’s market leader in the fast sale property industry.
As the Sales Progression Trainer, you will have a strong understanding of the Conveyancing or Property Sales progression process along with a strong desire for the training and development of others.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify training needs across the teams and develop tailored training solutions.
• Deliver team and one to one training sessions on all aspects of conveyancing/ sales progression and compliance and monitor team and individual progression.
• Provide expertise on Conveyancing/sales progression and AML regulations.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and implement improvements to maintain the highest standards.

  
The Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience in Sales Progression/conveyancing
• Excellent Communication & Organisation skills
• Experience in Training & Development both 121 and in group sessions
• Keen knowledge and background in Property/Estate agency
