Are you an experienced Financial Services Business Development Manager who enjoys taking ownership of a region, building broker relationships, and driving growth in a fast-paced, regulated environment?
This is a strong opportunity for a commercially minded BDM who thrives on outbound activity, sourcing new introducers, and developing long-term partnerships within the financial services and lending space.
The role You’ll be responsible for growing business across a defined region, focusing on introducer and broker relationships, driving enquiry volumes, and increasing product usage. The role combines proactive outbound activity with relationship management and market engagement, working closely with senior leadership to support wider growth plans.
What you’ll be doing
- Driving regional performance through consistent outbound calls and emails to brokers and introducers
- Sourcing new business through self-led research, networking, and industry events
- Presenting and promoting a financial services proposition to intermediary partners
- Nurturing and growing relationships within an existing broker base
- Attending roadshows, networking events, and presentations with senior leadership
- Building strong knowledge of financial products, market trends, and regulatory environment
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience in B2B Financial Services business development
- Strong track record of introducer-led sales and broker relationship management
- Confident, professional, and persuasive communicator
- Comfortable working to activity targets and revenue objectives
- Organised, proactive, and able to take ownership of a region
What’s on offer
- £45,000 – £55,000 base salary
