We’re working with a respected Wealth Management firm in Central London that is seeking an experienced Chartered Paraplanner to join their technical planning team.
This role is ideal for someone with deep technical planning experience, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to support advisers in delivering high‑quality financial planning solutions.
The role
You’ll prepare detailed suitability reports, carry out technical research and analysis, and ensure all advice documentation meets regulatory and compliance standards. You’ll work closely with senior advisers, contribute to complex client cases, and help deliver excellent client outcomes.
Key responsibilities

• Prepare comprehensive suitability reports
• Conduct technical research across pensions, investments, tax, and protection
• Support advisers with cashflow modelling and scenario planning
• Ensure documentation meets regulatory and audit requirements
• Assist with ongoing client reviews and planning updates

What we’re looking for

• Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (CII or equivalent) or working towards it (essential)
• Certificate in Paraplanning or similar technical qualification (desirable)
• Experience in a wealth management or financial planning environment
• Strong technical knowledge of pensions, investments, taxation, and protection
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and organisational abilities
