Job Title: Pension Advisor
Location: Remote (UK Based)
Salary: £35,000 basic
Experience Required: PMI qualification and at least 2-3 years experience in a similar role

Want to work remotely, whilst adding incredible value to a rapidly growing and well-respected Financial Services company? Even better! We are currently recruiting for a Pension Advisor to manage, administer, and advise on internal pension schemes.
You will also ensure compliance with regulations, whilst handling various member queries, contribution calculations, and scheme governance.
What you’ll be doing:
- Administration: Setting up and managing pension schemes, processing contributions, and updating records
- Compliance & Reporting: Ensuring adherence to tax and pension laws, providing reports to trustees, and managing compliance
- Member Services: Answering complex queries regarding benefits, retirement planning, and scheme membership
- Advice & Strategy: Recommending suitable investment funds and designing benefit packages
To succeed in the role you’ll be or have:
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of current pension legislation, UK tax laws and ideally some experience in Defined Benefit (DB) schemes
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in calculating benefits and using administration systems
- Qualifications: PMI (Pensions Management Institute) Certificate or Diploma in Pensions Administration
- Soft Skills: Strong communication for explaining complex info, and client relationship management
