Job Title: Regional Account Manager (Financial Services)
Location: Remote (UK Based)
Salary: ~£35,000 basic (OTE £70K-80K dependent upon experience)

We’re looking for a Regional Account Manager to drive revenue by managing key client relationships, expanding market share and implementing sales strategies across the North UK. The role is remote with some regional travel required.

As part of your role you will also analyse market trends, ensure compliance and deliver a high-quality service at all times.

What you’ll be doing:

• Relationship Management: Cultivating and maintaining long-term relationships with distributors, intermediaries, or corporate clients
• Sales & Growth: Driving regional sales, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving financial targets
• Strategy & Analysis: Developing, implementing, and reviewing action plans for regional brand strategies
• Operational Compliance: Ensuring all activities are compliant, mitigating reputational risk, and adhering to company standards

To succeed in the role you’ll be or have:

• Experience: Previous experience in client relationship management and ideally in a sales environment within financial services
• Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
• Tools: Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce or industry-specific platforms
