The Opportunity
An established and growing financial services firm is looking to appoint an experienced Bridging Loan Specialist to support increasing demand within its short-term lending proposition.
This is a fully remote role, offering autonomy, flexibility, and the opportunity to work with a knowledgeable, commercially minded team in a fast-moving lending environment.
 
The Role
You will be responsible for managing bridging finance cases from enquiry through to completion, working closely with brokers, introducers, lenders, and internal stakeholders to deliver a smooth and efficient client journey.
 
Key responsibilities include:

• Managing bridging loan applications end-to-end
• Assessing client requirements and structuring suitable short-term finance solutions
• Liaising with lenders, valuers, solicitors, and brokers
• Packaging cases accurately and efficiently to lender criteria
• Maintaining high levels of compliance and documentation
• Providing clear, professional communication throughout the process
• Building strong relationships with introducers and lending partners

About You
You’ll be confident working independently, commercially aware, and comfortable operating in a results-driven environment.
 
Essential experience:

• Proven experience in bridging finance or short-term lending
• Strong understanding of lender criteria and case structuring
• Excellent organisational and case management skills
• Confident communicator with a client-focused approach
• Ability to manage a pipeline remotely and autonomously

Desirable:

• CeMAP (or working towards)
• Experience dealing with complex or time-sensitive cases
