Are you an experienced Bridging Loan Adviser looking for your next opportunity in the Manchester area? We’re working with a well‑established specialist lender seeking an adviser who can support borrowers and introducers through the full bridging loan journey — from initial enquiry through to completion.
The role You’ll be responsible for managing client enquiries, delivering expert advice on bridging finance solutions, and building strong relationships with introducers and brokers. This role combines proactive business‑to‑client engagement with commercial delivery, offering the chance to work in a busy, high‑growth lending environment.
What you’ll be doing

• Deliver professional advice on bridging loan products to clients and introducers
• Manage enquiries from lead through to completion
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and referral partners
• Drive new business through proactive outreach and networking
• Maintain accurate records and manage pipeline activity in CRM
• Understand and articulate lending criteria to ensure confident decisioning

Who we’re looking for

• Experience advising on bridging loans or related specialist finance
• Strong communication and client‑facing skills
• Confident in generating business and developing introducer relationships
• Good organisational skills with a commercial mindset
• CeMAP or equivalent financial services qualification preferred
