Job Title: Insurance Branch Manager
Location: London
Salary: £75,000 – £90,000 per annum

 
We are recruiting on behalf of a client seeking an experienced Insurance Branch Manager to lead and oversee the operations of a busy London office. This role will focus on driving business growth, managing teams, and ensuring exceptional service delivery to clients.

What you’ll be doing:

• Lead and manage day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring operational efficiency
• Drive revenue growth through business development and client relationship management
• Manage and mentor a team of insurance professionals, supporting their development and performance
• Ensure all operations comply with regulatory and internal governance requirements
• Oversee portfolio performance and identify opportunities to expand services
• Maintain strong relationships with insurers, brokers, and key stakeholders
• Monitor financial performance and contribute to strategic planning for the branch

To succeed in the role you’ll be or have:

• Significant experience in the insurance sector, ideally within a leadership or management role
• Strong knowledge of commercial or specialty insurance markets
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Proven ability to drive business growth and client retention
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements within the UK insurance market
• Exceptional communication and relationship management skills
• Relevant insurance qualifications such as ACII desirable
