Job Title: Account Handler
Location: London
Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 per annum
We are recruiting on behalf of a client seeking an experienced Account Handler to support the management of a diverse portfolio of insurance clients. This role will focus on delivering excellent service while supporting brokers and maintaining strong relationships with insurers.
The position offers the opportunity to work within a collaborative and professional insurance environment.
What you’ll be doing:
- Manage day-to-day servicing of client insurance policies and accounts
- Liaise with insurers to obtain quotations, renewals, and policy documentation
- Support brokers in the placement and renewal of insurance policies
- Ensure accurate administration of client records and policy details
- Provide clients with policy information, documentation, and support
- Assist with renewals, endorsements, and mid-term adjustments
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal procedures
To succeed in the role you’ll be or have:
- Previous experience in an Account Handler or similar insurance support role
- Knowledge of commercial insurance products and markets
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent client service and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Progress towards CII qualifications desirable
