Job Title: Client Assistant
Location: London
Salary: £25,000 – £32,000 per annum
We are recruiting on behalf of a client seeking a Client Assistant to support the delivery of high-quality service to insurance clients. This role will assist account handlers and brokers with administrative and client servicing tasks.

What you’ll be doing:
- Provide administrative support to brokers and account handlers
- Assist with policy documentation, renewals, and client communications
- Maintain accurate client records and internal systems
- Liaise with insurers to obtain policy information and documentation
- Support the preparation of client reports and documentation
- Ensure all activities are carried out in line with regulatory requirements
To succeed in the role you’ll be or have:
- Previous administrative or client support experience desirable
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Interest in building a career within the insurance industry
